Liverpool fans are going wild with speculation that Mo Salah's photo shoot at the city's iconic Royal Albert Dock signals a new contract announcement.
Salah, 32, is on track to leave the Reds for free when his current deal runs out in June, unless a fresh agreement is reached.

The Egyptian superstar is having the season of a lifetime since joining Liverpool from Roma in 2017, netting a whopping 27 goals and grabbing 17 assists in just 29 Premier League appearances to propel his team to title favourites.
But amidst his phenomenal form, questions over his future have swirled. Back in November, Salah publicly claimed he felt "more out than in" at Liverpool, which at the time hadn't made him an official offer.
Since then, the 32 year old has dropped hints that this might be his last season at Anfield – but supporters now believe a new deal could be in the works.

Before the Merseyside derby against Everton on Wednesday, a photo emerged of Salah beaming for cameras at the Royal Albert Dock, clad in Liverpool gear and seemingly posing on a boat. Though the photo's date is unclear, fans are going wild with excitement.
Social media erupted with one fan exclaiming on X: "CONTACT EXTENSION" Another chimed in: "Would be somewhat poetic if he scores and assists tonight for a 2-0 win, and then LFC officially announces the details of the contract that has been signed and sealed."
One cheeky fan quipped on Reddit, where the snap was shared: "If you think I'm going to be so stupid as to believe this single photo means he's signed a new contract then you'd be correct," reports the Mirror.
Another fan harked back to how Salah announced his last contract in 2022 amidst rumours of a move to PSG: "If I remember correctly his previous contract renewal is when he was at holiday by the sea, here's hoping that he's following a similar theme!"

The viral pic comes hot on the heels of French media buzz that Salah is on the brink of penning a fresh two-year deal with the Reds. But not all fans are buzzing, with one doomsayer posting: "Filming a farewell.."
Some Kopites reckon Salah might just be shooting a commercial for one of Liverpool's many sponsors. If that's the case, it's probably not for Nike, since Adidas is taking over as the Reds' kit maker from the 2025-26 season.
