Vitalii Mykolenko IS included in the Everton starting XI to face Liverpool. The availability of the left back was the biggest uncertainty as David Moyes prepared for this game.
But after being withdrawn from Ukraine’s tie with Belgium with a thigh injury during the international break he has been passed fit to play.
The news is a significant boost for the Blues as Moyes seeks to extend the nine-game unbeaten Premier League run at Anfield, a place where he has never won in 21 attempts.

Beyond that, there are few surprises in the team news - though Iliman Ndiaye has recovered sufficiently from medial ligament damage suffered in the Goodison Park derby to make the bench.
Moyes has named a side unchanged from the last game, the draw at home to West Ham United last month.
That means Abdoulaye Doucoure and Beto will resume their battle with a Liverpool line-up they riled across the park.
Carlos Alcaraz looks set to start on the left, with James Garner alongside Idrissa Gueye in front of the back four. Jack Harrison appears set to start on the right, with Jesper Lindstrom absent from the squad.
