Manchester United, Tottenham told to pay £60 million to sign 15 G/A Premier League playmaker

Crystal Palace want at least £60 million to sell Eberechi Eze amid growing interest in the playmaker from Manchester United and Tottenham.

According to Fichajes, Crystal Palace might decide to sell Eberechi Eze in the summer transfer window amid growing interest in the attacking midfielder. Manchester United and Tottenham are among those keen to sign the 26-year-old, for whom the Eagles will demand at least £60 million.

Crystal Palace face a pivotal summer window as a host of their top stars are attracting big interest from elsewhere. The likes of Adam Wharton, Jean-Philippe Mateta, Marc Guehi, and Eberechi Eze are all likely to leave the club as the Eagles are likely to come into a situation where they may have to sell.

Maybe Wharton is the only one over whom Crystal Palace might have some power in negotiations, although with the likes of Mateta and Guehi entering the final years of their deals, things would be difficult there. There might be a similar case in the Eze case, as the playmaker enters the final two years of his deal, which will make things tricky for the Eagles.

Crystal Palace are open to selling Eberechi Eze for £60 million, and that is the price they want at the very least in the upcoming summer window. The Englishman might be open to the idea of leaving the club for a bigger side capable of challenging for honours as well as bigger in stature than the Selhurst Park outfit.

There are some notable options, with Manchester United very much keen to sign the attacking midfielder, who has contributed to 15 goals this season. Eze is reportedly open to joining the Red Devils, although the £60 million asking price might be an issue for Ruben Amorim’s side who may have to sell before they can buy.

Tottenham keen on Eberechi Eze

While Manchester United may think twice about the £60 million asking price for Eze, that may not be an issue for Tottenham. The North Londoners have been linked with a move for Eze, and that was the case last summer when some reports stated they were very close to signing him from Selhurst Park.

However, the competition for the playmaker is expected to rise as the summer transfer window approaches, as Manchester United and Tottenham are the current frontrunners for the attacking midfielder. Palace, even though they would have preferred to keep him will recognise that the upcoming market might be their best chance to achieve the best value for Eberechi Eze.
