Liverpool star Mohamed Salah is - as things stand - out of contract this summer.

Liverpool are likely to already have one eye on what they will have planned for the summer transfer window. The Reds have just a couple of months to wait before they are able to strengthen their squad with new signings.
A host of players have already been linked with moves to Liverpool when the transfer window opens. Newcastle United striker Alexander Isak has been mentioned heavily on the rumour mill over these last few weeks, but is not the only player to be credited as a potential target for the Reds this summer.
Arne Slot is already guaranteed to have at least one new addition to the Liverpool squad before the start of next season. Giorgi Mamardashvili was signed by the Reds last summer, while he will link up with his new teammates in the summer after spending the campaign with Valencia, making 25 appearances so far.

Mohamed Salah contract claim
It has been reported by Foot Mercato that Mohamed Salah is close to agreeing a new contract with Liverpool, which would put an end to months of speculation. The report says Salah is on the verge of signing a two-year contract extension with Liverpool - with an agreement close to being reached between the player and the club.
Salah's current deal is set to expire at the end of the season, at which point he would leave Liverpool as a free agent if both parties are unable to agree terms on a contract extension. The Egyptian has scored 32 goals, in all competitions, this season for the Reds - including 27 in the Premier League.
Liverpool's Milos Kerkez reality
Liverpool have been told how much they would have to pay if they want to sign Bournemouth defender Milos Kerkez. TEAMtalk have claimed that the Cherries have set a £45million asking price for Kerkez and would not be willing to accept an offer any lower than that figure.
Liverpool have been heavily linked with a swoop for Kerkez - with the report indicating that the price tag from Bournemouth could put them off a deal to sign the left-back. The ECHO understands that Kerkez is a player of interest to Liverpool but is not the only player on the club's shortlist as the summer transfer window approaches.
