Manchester United latest injury news
Luke Shaw - 6 April vs Man City (H)
Shaw was back in United training last week but was not part of the squad that faced Nottingham Forest on Tuesday night. He could be back on the bench when they face Man City this weekend.
Kobbie Mainoo - 6 April vs Man City (H)
Mainoo is understood to be close to a return, and there is hope he will be available again early this month. It might be a while before he starts a match, but he could be on the bench against Man City on Sunday.
Ayden Heaven - 17 April vs Lyon (H)
The good news is that Heaven is not believed to have suffered a serious setback against Leicester and he should return to training in the coming weeks. He could be available for selection by the middle of the month and definitely before the end of the season.
Amad Diallo - 3 May vs Brentford (A)
There is increased hope Amad will be available for selection next month, if not even sooner. United have missed him and must be careful to reintegrate him slowly after such a long time out.
Jonny Evans - Unknown
Evans is close to a return after 19 matches out with a muscle injury, but he might not feature again before the end of the season anyway. The veteran has not played since the Boxing Day defeat to Wolves.
Lisandro Martinez - Unknown
Martinez is a long-term absentee after he ruptured his ACL earlier in the year. He underwent successful surgery but is expected to face a minimum of six months out of action. He might not even play again this calendar year.
