Homesick Chiesa wants Serie A return
Wages have been a sticking point but that hasn’t stopped clubs like Napoli, Inter, Atalanta and AC Milan being linked with his signature.
All of those teams were mooted as potential destinations in January, with it beingrevealed on Anfield Watch that Chiesa was HOMESICK and had informed Liverpool of his intentions to return to Italy.

Speculation around a summer move hasn’t stopped either and now it appears one former Premier League-winning manager would like to make Chiesa the centre-piece of his new vision for his club.
Ranieri wants Chiesa at Roma
Claudio Ranieri came out of retirement to rescue Roma’s season in November and according to La Repubblica the former Leicester boss wants Chiesa as part of a summer transfer shakeup in the Italian capital.
“Claudio Ranieri's new idea for the Roma of the future is the return to Italy of Federico Chiesa, as explained by Giulio Cardone during the episode of La Repubblica del Pallone,” reads a report.
“The former Juventus striker is finding little space at Liverpool, which is why contacts have already been made for a loan at the Giallorossi.”

And in the video, Cardone states: “A mission that Ranieri has in mind is to regenerate Federico Chiesa.
“Contacts have already been initiated for the loan of the player from Liverpool to Roma. We will see if it is a negotiation that can develop and in what way.”
