Sports fandom can bring the most unexpected of people together, including celebrities. There are some celebrities or other former athletes from different sports that you don't associate with your team or your hometown or state that actually are pretty big fans of the local club.
For example, some notable Green Bay Packers fans include Dallas Mavericks forward Anthony Davis and rapper Lil Wayne. The Brewers are the favorite team of actor Kato Kaelin, he's perhaps the most notable famous Brewers fan.
But now we can add another name to that list, as a former star NFL running back has committed to the Brew Crew.
Former NFL RB Arian Foster announces his Milwaukee Brewers fandom
Arian Foster was a star running back for the Houston Texans and Miami Dolphins from 2009-2016. In a recent episode of the Macrodosing Pod, hosted by Foster and Barstool Sports' PFTCommenter, he decided to choose a baseball fandom and settled on the Milwaukee Brewers.

Foster fell in love with the Brewers' ball and glove logo, saying "they're in the running for the best creative logo."
He admitted he's never been to Milwaukee before, but he loved the logo, the uniforms, the color scheme. He was down to three teams, the Brewers, Mets, and Pirates.
The Pirates would've been a tough introduction to baseball fandom. Foster's co-hosts were trying to push him away from the New York Mets.
Foster made his decision, saying "The Universe has told me that the Brewers are now my squad."
And now, Foster is live tweeting Brewers games and getting emotionally attached while he's watching the team.

Arian Foster, he's just like the rest of the Brew Crew watching Freddy Peralta dice up the Kansas City Royals.
Foster also realized that one of his college buddies from the University of Tennessee, Julio Borbon, is the Brewers new first base coach, giving him yet another reason to root for Milwaukee.
At some point this season, the Brewers should try to get Foster out to Milwaukee for a ceremonial first pitch and have him take in a game at American Family Field.
Foster was a first-team All Pro running back in 2010 for the Texans, rushing for a league-leading 1,616 yards with 16 rushing touchdowns. He led the league in touchdowns again in 2012 with 15 and was a four-time Pro Bowler in his eight-year NFL career.
Foster may not have grown up going to Brewers games or have fond memories of County Stadium or recent playoff runs, but he's a part of the Brew Crew now.
