When you’re in the throes of a new relationship, it can be easy to start neglecting your friends – and that’s apparently what happened to Nick Wright after his buddy Travis Kelce began dating [music icon Taylor Swift](https://www.scmp.com/magazines/style/entertainment/article/3298719/meet-aaron-dessner-taylor-swifts-lesser-known-writing-partner-who-swifties-prefer-jack-antonoff-and?module=inline&pgtype=others).
According to Wright, he hasn’t hung out with his buddy properly since the NFL star and the singer got together. “\[We\] have not _talk_ talked since he’s been serious with Taylor Swift, since he’s become, like, a super-duper celebrity,” Wright, 40, explained in an episode of his What’s Wright? With Nick Wright podcast on March 27.
