Chelsea will be looking for a striker in the summer transfer window. Also, some reports suggests that they want a new centre-back as well. Plenty of star defenders have been linked with the club since.
Joined Bournemouth for a rumoured fee of around £13m in the summer. Already strongly linked with the likes of Liverpool, Chelsea and Real Madrid.

Reportedly, Bournemouth defender Dean Huijsen is the new name added to their potential transfer list. He has been great with the Cherries since joining last year. He is one of the best performers since the last season. The player joined the Cherries from Italian giants Juventus last summer. He was signed for a fee around £15 million.
Andoni Iraola’s side are one of the most promising Premier League teams this season. They are only four points behind to secure their place in the European competitions. They are 10th in the Premier League points table as of now.
As per Spanish media, head coach Enzo Maresca is very keen on the defender. The manager is looking to sign the defender himself. Enzo has played for Spanish side Malaga earlier in his young days. Huijsen was also part of Malaga’s academy. Dean then left for Juventus in 2022.
The reports also claim that the Italian has held talks with the defenders agents in the past few years. The Blues boss likes the Spaniard’s talent.
Real Madrid and PSG have also joined the race
Huijsen has grabbed a lot of attention from top European clubs. Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are also said to have an interest in the youngster. He has a £42 million release clause as per reports.
The 19-year-old has already showed he can play at the Premier League level. He has the potential to be the backbone of any side’s defense for the next decade.
The Cherries’ are currently fighting for a place in European competition next year. They may decide to keep him. It will be interesting to see what happens in the summer.
