The mouth-watering format will see him pit up against former world champion and talkSPORT's very own Oliver who will represent a team of UK warriors.
Fighters will have a chance to earn points for their team captains with final standings determined whether Oliver or Jones Jr will get their hand raised.
It is a hugely exciting concept brought to life by boxing promoter Dennis Hobson, with fans set for a thrilling night of action.
The event will be at the home of Premier League giants Chelsea, Stamford Bridge.

It will be the first ever boxing card held at the home of the Blues, a historic moment for the sport, given the success the hallowed venue has seen over the years in football.
Promoter Dennis Hobson said to talkSPORT of the concept: "This idea was born during the Covid lockdown.
"I was speaking to my boxing partner, and I said 'what would it be like to do the boxing version of the Ryder Cup?'
"So I thought let's do a Transatlantic version of our Ryder Cup. It's a great concept.
"It's about doing something different that wets the appetite and there is a bit of theatre there."
The thrilling tournament is helped by the backing of Jones Jr and Oliver who will act as the team captains.

It will feature a huge ten-fight bill, with the winner to be declared at the end of proceedings.
Oliver is hugely excited at his role in the concept and once again can't wait to compete against a legend of the sport in Jones Jr.
He said: "It's a dream all of this. You grow up watching Roy Jones Jr, he's one of the greatest to lace them up.

"The team spirit is insane, we just have to do it again after the first one in Texas."
Roy Jones Jr incredibly beat boxing's oldest-ever world champion with 'one hand' to achieve career-first
Oliver got the better of Jones Jr in Texas with his team going to the dying embers of the card to secure the victory.
There will be some big names in the boxing world including Daniel Dubois' trainer Don Charles, who will coach Harry Armstrong for the event.
And he believes the concept, which has been used by Eddie Hearn and Frank Warren, is helping bring a new golden age for the sweet science.
Charles added: "Most definitely this is a great format. I hope Dennis retains the rights.
"It is a great comparison and it is similar to the Ryder Cup. It is a privilege to be involved."
