Gabriel Magalhaes has suffered a hamstring injury in their league game against Fulham. With just 10 minutes on the clock, the defender felt something in knees. And then he had to be subbed off the pitch. Jakub Kiwior was put on in place of the player.

Arsenal won the game 2-1 against Marco Silva’s side in the end. Mikel Merino and Bukayo Saka were on the scoresheet for them. Their next fixture will be an away match with Everton on Saturday. On 8th of April, they will take on Real Madrid at the Emirates Stadium in the UCL quarter-finals first-leg.

The Brazil international has been very important player for his side. His partnership with William Saliba has been great throughout this season. They have got eleven clean sheets together in the league this campaign.

The Brazilian defender is also good with headers. He has netted few goals from set pieces for his side. He has scored three goals from corners so far in the Premier League.

Jurrien Timber also suffered a blow to his knees. He was also taken off the pitch in the closing stages of the fixture. Both Magalhaes’ and Timber’s update will be given by their club in the coming days.

Ben White was also not in the squad after he got a minor injury. Riccardo Calafiori is also ruled out for a month or two due to knee discomfort.

Although, Saka marked his return with a winning goal against Fulham on Tuesday. He was out for almost four months since December after he picked up a hamstring injury.
