It's time to vote for our women's Player of the Month for March.
We pulled off a stunning comeback in the UEFA Women's Champions League, overcoming a two-goal deficit to beat Real Madrid to the semi-finals. Our Gunners were also unbeaten in the Barclays Women's Super League, winning all four fixtures against West Ham, Everton, Liverpool and Crystal Palace.
But who was our standout performer? Read about our four candidates below and cast your vote.
### CHLOE KELLY
Chloe Kelly scored her first goal back in Arsenal colours last month, kicking off our unbelievable comeback against West Ham at Meadow Park with a glorious half-volley. Her impact in the game didn't stop there, delivering the corner for Leah Williamson to head home and level the score.
The England winger went on to register two vital assists in another famous comeback, setting up both Alessia Russo and Mariona Caldentey in our UEFA Women's Champions League second-leg victory against Real Madrid.
She closed out the month with a spectacular whipped cross to Beth Mead, who volleyed home against Crystal Palace.
### Mariona Caldentey
With three goals and two assists in March, Mariona Caldentey's impact was felt across all competitions.
In our first fixture of the month against West Ham, Mariona's insightful pass over the top found Chloe Kelly for her first goal back as an Arsenal player, before completing our comeback from the spot to make it 4-3.
Our Spanish midfielder's stunning strike against Liverpool at Emirates Stadium [received a nomination in this month's Goal of the Month poll](https://www.arsenal.com/news/vote-marchs-emirates-goal-month-0), but her most important goal came against Real Madrid a few days later, tying the fixture on aggregate.
She also currently leads the squad in assists with nine, as well as combined goals and assists.
### ALESSIA RUSSO
Our squad's top scorer was electric once again this month, adding five goals to her season tally and starting all seven of our fixtures.
Alessia kicked off March with an important brace against Everton in our 3-1 win away to the Toffees, but her two goals against Real Madrid a few weeks later proved even more vital. Facing a two-goal deficit after the away leg, our number 23 emerged when we needed her most, sliding in to grab our first goal in N5.
Twelve minutes later, she was on target again with a rocket to complete the comeback and send us into the Champions League semi-finals.
### KIM LITTLE
Our skipper featured in all seven fixtures this month and drove standards on and off the pitch.
As well as providing assists against both Liverpool and Crystal Palace in the Women's Super League, it was Kim's standout performance against Real Madrid in the home leg of the Champions League quarter-final that was instrumental in our eventual comeback.
