Eagles’ OTA schedule has been released | Here’s when the players will report

The last time the Eagles were on a football field, they were celebrating their Super Bowl LIX victory over the Kansas City Chiefs. Now, there’s an update on when they will return to begin offseason workouts, aiming for another Vince Lombardi Trophy.

The NFL released the dates for teams to begin offseason workouts Thursday. Eagles players will report for voluntary organized team activities (OTAs) on April 21, with additional workouts scheduled for May 27-28, May 30, June 2-3, and June 5. The OTA period will conclude with a mandatory minicamp on June 10.

The OTA process unfolds in phases, beginning with lifting and conditioning before progressing to non-padded practices.

OTAs will provide the first glimpse of offensive coordinator Kevin Patullo leading the offense. Patullo, who served as the team’s passing game coordinator last season, was promoted after former offensive coordinator Kellen Moore departed to become the New Orleans Saints’ head coach.

It will also be an opportunity to assess the Eagles’ plans to replace key free agents who left this offseason. The team will have new starters at defensive tackle, edge rusher, and right guard following the departures of Milton Williams, Josh Sweat, and Mekhi Becton. Philadelphia is emphasizing development at those positions, giving right guard Kenyon Green, defensive tackle Moro Ojomo, and linebacker Jaylx Hunt an early chance to secure starting roles.
