Barry joined Villarreal in summer 2024. He came after scoring 8 goals for FC Basel in the start of 2024/25 season. After coming to Spain, the striker showed that he can do it on top stage too. As of now, the 22 year old has scored 9 goals and picked 3 assists in 27 La Liga games.

Chelsea also have plenty other options in the market. They have Liam Delap as their top striker target who is also being looked upon by Man United. In addition, they have Benjamin Sesko on their radar but he is heavily linked with a move to Arsenal.
