Boston Celtics injury report: Jaylen Brown listed for Suns game

The Celtics will be at or near full strength when they face the Suns at 7:30 p.m. Friday at TD Garden. They only have one player listed on the injury report as Jaylen Brown is questionable with right knee posterior impingement.

Otherwise, the C’s have a clean injury report. That means all three rotation players who missed the Heat loss Wednesday will be back in the lineup. Jrue Holiday, Kristaps Porzingis and Al Horford all got the night off coming back from a six-game road trip.

Brown has dealt with his knee issue for weeks now, saying after the Heat loss that he was dealing with some pain. He also saw specialists as he continues to play through the bone bruise in his right knee.

“We’ve got a great medical staff and we’ve got good people around,” Brown said. “So come playoffs, my goal is to be feeling my best. So we’re just working through that, and it’s a thing that we kind of manage and you push through. But we’ve got a good plan in place. So come playoffs, my goal is to be feeling my best.”

The Celtics saw their nine-game win streak snapped after losing to Miami on Wednesday. The Suns are in free-fall currently as they’ve lost their last four games. They will also be without Kevin Durant, who sprained his ankle earlier this week. Bradley Beal, though, will suit up for the first time in eight games.
