Joan Laporta has shown his appreciation for first-team boss Hansi Flick and says the German coach is doing a great job at Barcelona.
Flick has already claimed the Spanish Super Cup for Barcelona and has now secured a [place in the Copa del Rey final against Real Madrid](https://www.barcablaugranes.com/2025/4/2/24398212/atletico-madrid-barcelona-copa-del-rey-semi-final-2nd-leg-final-score-match-report-recap-reactions).
The Catalans are also top of La Liga and into the quarter-finals of the Champions League, with Laporta proud to have Flick at the helm.

Everyone knows it, especially in the way you manage the team. We’re more than happy to share these events with you,” he said, via Mundo Deportivo.

It’s been a great week for Barca but the team will face more challenges next week. The Catalans play Betis on Saturday and then host Dortmund in the Champions League in midweek.
