The Premier League has announced the match officials for Liverpool’s next league game against Brighton.

After recording their league eighth draw of the season last time out against Arsenal, Arne Slot’s men return to action on Monday with their penultimate game of the season coming at the AMEX Stadium.

Although there are still two more Premier League games to go, the Liverpool squad have started their summer break early.

Already last week, Slot’s men were afforded time off and only returned for pre-Arsenal training last week Friday – with plenty of the players posting vacation pictures on their social media enjoying well-earned time off.

This time, the senior players have jetted off to Dubai, with DaveOCKOP exclusively revealing the purpose of their trip to the Middle East.

Videos on social media doing the rounds show Virgil van Dijk and co. enjoying time off on a yacht.

However, Slot is not with the squad in Dubai, having instead been spotted at Ocean Beach Ibiza soaking up the sun and celebrating the title capture.

The Dutchman was seen in the VIP section of the DJ’s Booth as the venue gave him a special Champions welcome.

Liverpool are primped to return on Friday to prepare for an away trip to Brighton on Monday night for the penultimate match of the Premier League season.

The Seagulls are one among four teams that can still finish in the ast European spot in the league this season (eight postion). So, they will have something to play fro against a Liverpool team that is likely to be feeling the impact of their holiday within the week.

Ahead of the meeting on Monday night, the Premier League has announced the match officials for the clash.

John Brooks has been announced as the referee for the game, and he will be assisted by Simon Bennett and Dan Cook.

Fourth official of the game is Darren Bond, while Andy Madley will be on VAR dutites, to be assisted by Scott Ledger.

John Brooks was the man in the middle for Liverpool’s League Cup final against Newcastle United last two months.

In total, he has officiated eight Liverpool league games, with the Reds winning four of those fixtures, drawing one and losing three.
