Manchester United defenders Matthijs de Ligt and Leny Yoro were not part of the group that trained at Carrington on Wednesday morning.
De Ligt was forced off in United's 4-3 defeat to Brentford at the Gtech Community Stadium with a suspected knee injury. He was making his first start since recovering from an ankle problem.
Head coach Ruben Amorim said last week that the defender's injury was "not a big issue", but ruled him out of the win over Athletic Bilbao at Old Trafford and the 2-0 defeat to West Ham United three days later.
Yoro had to be replaced in the second half of the defeat to West Ham after going down with an injury to his left foot. He was later spotted limping as he left Old Trafford.
Amorim, speaking in his post-match press conference, said it was too soon to provide an update on the Frenchman's injury. "We have to assess Leny in a better way tomorrow. He felt something, but it could be a small thing," he said.
United face Tottenham a week today in the Europa League final at the San Mames Stadium in Bilbao.
Before then they will travel to Chelsea for their penultimate Premier League clash on Friday night before switching their focus to the clash with Spurs.
Yoro has been excellent in recent weeks and it would be a huge blow if he were to miss the final. His performance against Athletic at Old Trafford last Thursday night was one of his best in United colours since arriving from Lille last summer.
Elsewhere, fellow defender Jonny Evans took part in team training after a period on the sidelines. Toby Collyer was also spotted among the main group.
Ayden Heaven remains absent and Diogo Dalot took part in an individual training session.
