Eberechi Eze says Crystal Palace are calm going into their historic FA Cup final clash with Manchester City at Wembley on Saturday.
The South Londoners have the chance to win a first major trophy but Pep Guardiola’s side won 5-2 when the two clubs collided last month.
That defeat, after leading 2-0 at the Etihad Stadium, has not fazed the England international.
Greenwich-born Eze told Palace TV: “Winning the FA Cup would mean everything. We know what it means to the fans as a club.
“We are going to give everything that we have got to put ourselves into that position.
“We are confident. We know that we just have to do what we do and be the best version of ourselves and we have a chance of beating any team.”
England international Eze, 26, has been in blistering form of late.
He has scored in three consecutive Premier League matches and the 3-0 FA Cup semi-final victory over Aston Villa.
He said: “It has been a weird season for me, I am gradually getting some rhythm and playing how I want to be playing, helping the team as much as I can.
“It is a good time right now.”
