As the NBA world descends on Chicago for the 2025 Draft Lottery and Draft Combine, the future stars of the league are stepping into the spotlight.
Alongside team interviews and on-court workouts, one of the most closely monitored aspects of the Combine is the physical testing, where height, wingspan, standing reach, and weight are officially measured.
These numbers help NBA scouts assess physical potential and positional fit as franchises gear up for the 2025 NBA Draft. While not every player takes part in the athletic drills, nearly all prospects go through measurements, and the results often fuel debate and reshape draft boards.
Among the standout measurements, Australia's Rocco Zikarsky emerged as the tallest player at 7'3" (221 cm) with a 9'6.5" (289.6 cm) standing reach.
South Sudanese big man Khaman Maluach impressed with a 7'6.75" (230.5 cm) wingspan and a matching 9'6" (289.6 cm) standing reach, highlighting his elite shot-blocking potential.
Projected No. 1 pick Cooper Flagg measured 6'8" (202.6 cm) with a 7'0" (213.4 cm) wingspan and a 106.5-inch (270.5 cm) reach.
Guard prospect Dylan Harper stood at 6'4.5" (194.3 cm) with a strong 6'10.5" (209.6 cm) wingspan.
Overall, the Combine confirmed the size and length of this class, with several frontcourt players boasting wingspans over 7'4". These numbers offer insight into players' defensive potential and positional versatility heading into the 2025 NBA Draft.
