Charles Barkley and the NBA on TNT crew have become must-watch television in the houses of basketball fans across the country. Each and every show, there is an elite level of entertainment.
On Tuesday night, Dwight Howard filled in for Shaquille O'Neal. There were quite a few hilarious moments, but one of them stood out.
Howard and Barkley were talking before the show and were having a great conversation. Then, Howard asked a question that upset Barkley.
In a hilarious moment, Howard asked about Barkley's playing history against the legendary Wilt Chamberlain.
For those who don't know, Chamberlain's career spanned from the 1959-60 season to the 1972-73 season. Barkley, on the other hand, played from 1984-85 to 1990-2000.
Barkley spoke out about the hilarious question during the show live.
"This dude asked me about Wilt Chamberlain," Barkley said. "Dude, how old do you think I am?"
Responding to Barkley, Howard simply said, "that's my bad."
Sadly, the NBA on TNT show is quickly winding down to the end. TNT's current deal with the NBA will end after the 2024-25 season. Not being able to watch this group continue to discuss the game will be a sad day for basketball fans.
Regardless of the show going off the air, Barkley, O'Neal, Kenny Smith, and Ernie Johnson will remain highly popular. The hope is that they're still able to make some kind of appearance to discuss the NBA together.
