According to reports, for the first time in his career, Giannis is seriously considering the possibility of leaving the Bucks.

Several teams have already been mentioned as potential suitors for the two-time MVP, with the San Antonio Spurs and Houston Rockets emerging as early frontrunners due to their attractive trade assets. However, new contenders have now entered the conversation.

According to NBA insider Brandon "Scoop B" Robinson, Antetokounmpo is believed to prefer staying in the Eastern Conference, with two East Coast teams now standing out as top candidates.

"Two teams that have emerged as destinations of interest for the two-time MVP are the Toronto Raptors and the Brooklyn Nets," Robinson reported.

Although for now there's no real indication that Giannis will consider a move from Milwaukee, even if he does request a trade, he might still remain with the team.

He still has a guaranteed contract with the Bucks until the end of the 2026–27 season, with a $62 million player option for the 2027–28 season, without a no-trade clause in his contract.

I'd Be Surprised If Giannis Signs With Anyone Else
