Manchester United could soon see interest arrive from a Champions League finalist for one player Ineos signed just 10 months ago.
Last summer Manchester United did some decent business compared to the previous decade.
Signings of Leny Yoro and Noussair Mazraoui are considered a bonafide success already, while Matthijs de Ligt and Joshua Zirkzee are seen as players who could go on to earn their place.
This transfer window was seen as a success for United, considering the difficult circumstances which it was completed under with the team of Dan Ashworth and Jason Wilcox only being placed together in June.
Most clubs would begin their preparations the previous September, which is hopefully when plans will have been made by Ineos this season. With an entire campaign to plan, it promises to be a strong summer for United.
However, with heavy recruitment planned, there are sure to be casualties, this potentially including players signed by Ineos over the previous year.

Inter Milan eyeing up Joshua Zirkzee move this summer
Despite failing to be the number nine solution that United wanted, it has been a fairly decent campaign for Zirkzee. The £36m signing of Zirkzee was driven by Dan Ashworth who has since departed the club, which means he is likely a player United would be tempted to let go.
January saw Zirkzee linked heavily with a move to Juventus, but now according to Corriere dello Sport, it is Inter Milan who are showing interest in the Dutchman.

It is written that following a far from convincing season by Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram up front, now Inter are targeting a new forward as a top priority, with Zirkzee on the list.
It explains that Inter are aware that Zirkzee has had a bad year in England and could therefore look to capitalise and get him for cheap, explaining that United may look to let him leave with a new forward wanted.
Inter are believed to be willing to offer United a loan with an option to buy Zirkzee, with certain conditions making it an obligation. United’s £36m fee to sign Zirkzee from Bologna is also mentioned, with the report claiming it is not a ‘stratospheric’ amount for a top striker, suggesting Inter may offer this amount.
Joshua Zirkzee has done remarkably to turn his Manchester United career around
Zirkzee looked like he was doomed to be a six-month wonder at United. Against Newcastle in December, Zirkzee was hooked before half-time with the decision cheered at Old Trafford.
This saw Zirkzee depart the field in tears, in a real low moment of this awful season for United, but this was probably the worst. However since then, recognising the mistake, Old Trafford has gotten behind Zirkzee regularly and chanted his name which unsurprisingly led to improvements.
Zirkzee was moved to the number 10 position and has looked far more comfortable upon doing so, with it being a real shame that he is likely missing the rest of the season. However, Zirkzee is working hard to return for the final which would be a big boost for United
Despite all of this positivity, letting Zirkzee go for the right deal would see Ineos make an unhappy admission that he should never have been signed in the first place, with his style not an easy fit for Premier League football.
With additions of Liam Delap and Matheus Cunha looking likely, it is tough to see where Zirkzee fits into Amorim’s team.
