The Brazilian has rediscovered the form he enjoyed at Ajax and that is only good news for United ahead of the summer. Antony must be sold for £32.5m to avoid a PSR loss on his transfer, but that would make him Real Betis' record transfer and they might not have that capital to spend.
If Real Betis can meet that asking price, United would raise over £90m for those three players, who should be pushed out of the door first. But has everyone forgotten about Tyrell Malacia?
Although Malacia does not have the profile of Rashford, Sancho or Antony because he was signed for €15million (£12.9m), he should certainly be one of the first through the exit door this summer.
Malacia is deadwood and his time in Manchester should be over soon. He joined PSV on loan in the January transfer window, but he's only made six starts in all competitions for the Dutch club.
The left-back was absent from PSV's squad for their last Eredivisie game and he was named on the bench for their two games before that, which all suggests his loan hasn't gone to plan.
United included the option to make Malacia's loan permanent in their deal with PSV, although that now seems unlikely, meaning they will be tasked with finding another buyer.
Malacia previously agreed to join Benfica in January, but talks between the two clubs failed to reach an agreement because the option to buy figure was said to be a major stumbling block.
It's expected to become a stumbling block for PSV, too. Malacia hasn't convinced back in his homeland and another transfer to a lower Eredivisie club will be on the cards this summer.
Malacia was keen to find a temporary switch away to rebuild his form and fitness, having spent 18 months on the sidelines with a serious knee injury that required two rounds of surgery.
He might just be happy to be playing football again, but his time at Old Trafford is over.
