Noussair Mazraoui might still be young but his footballing journey has taken him through many stops, from near the bottom of the pyramid to the very top.
He’s played in the World Cup semifinal with Morocco as a heavy underdog and walked into every league fixture as dominant favourites with Ajax and Bayern Munich.

It has been a whirlwind debut season for Mazraoui, playing almost every position in defence, as a No. 10 and under two managers.
Mazraoui has been an unquestioned success considering the fee he was bought for and how available he’s been, even though he’s been running on fumes lately.
Despite a wretched season, he is one of the few players who can hold their heads high, safe in the knowledge that they gave their everything and beyond.

Still, the Moroccan claimed that the fan support he’s received this season is something he’s never experienced before in his career.
He said: “I have huge respect for fans of Man Utd this season. The way they still support us through all the difficulties. I’ve never experienced anything like this. I’m more used to the criticism.
“So yeah, we have to give them something back for how they behave this season, how they cope with the disappointment. This is our chance.”

It goes without saying that both Spurs and Man Utd will bring a passionate bunch of fans with them to Bilbao for the final but there’s a difference.
