This time around, the Timberwolves look like true contenders. They've cruised past two battle-tested opponents in the first two rounds, earning praise even from their rivals.

Warriors veteran and four-time NBA champion Draymond Green believes Minnesota has a legitimate shot at the title.

"I think they got a real shot," Green said following the Game 5 loss.

"Anytime you've got a No. 2 option that can just go get it, you give yourself a chance to make it happen and get a ring, the way Julius (Randle) been playing..." Green said.

"They have all the pieces — Naz [Reid] coming off the bench, Jaden McDaniels is a helluva young player, Rudy [Gobert], a four-time Defensive Player of the Year, Mike Conley and his experience, Donte DiVincenzo... They got all the pieces," he added.

The Timberwolves now await their Finals opponent, with the Oklahoma City Thunder currently leading the Denver Nuggets 3-2 in the other Western Conference semifinal series.
