The transfer window is quickly approaching and Xavi Simons is preparing to make a big decision over his future.
Manchester United will be in the market to strengthen their team in the summer, with Ineos planning four key signings ahead of the 2025/26 season.
The transfer list will consist of targets like Liam Delap and Matheus Cunha, but Ruben Amorim will hope there’s room for more as United sit in the bottom half of the Premier League table.
United could still qualify for the Champions League by winning the Europa League final next week against Tottenham. That would bolster the club’s spending power in the transfer market and make the club more appealing to top targets.
In the coming weeks, a lot of potential targets will be making their plans known for the summer ahead. That includes Netherlands international Xavi Simons, who has been tracked by United for years thanks to his promising development as a star in European football.

United were heavily linked with the Netherlands international when Erik ten Hag was in charge, however, he could still make the move to Old Trafford under Ruben Amorim.
It has been suggested that United and Liverpool could go head-to-head for Simons’ signature.
