Four Manchester City stars have been presented with their FIFPRO Men’s World 11 trophies by a FIFPRO and PFA delegation in Manchester, England.
Kevin De Bruyne, Ederson, Erling Haaland and Rodri were voted into the 2024 FIFPRO World 11 in December; over 21,000 professional men’s football players from 70 countries selected their team of the year based on performances from 21 August 2023 to 14 July 2024 inclusive.
Since 2005, FIFPRO has invited the world’s professional footballers to choose their World 11. It is the only global football award decided exclusively by the players.
The City quartet received their World 11 trophies from FIFPRO Secretary General Alex Phillips, FIFPRO Director of Union and Player Relations Benjamin van den Broek and PFA’s Director of Player Services Simon Barker.
