Nottingham Forest are set to loan out former Reading defender Tyler Bindon, according to reports.
The 20-year-old moved to the City Ground in February but returned on loan until the end of the season, racking up nearly a century of appearances for the club.
Quickly becoming one of the most promising youngsters to come out of the club, the centre-back is already a regular full international for New Zealand, captained the club and won Player of the Season for 2024/25.
Moving to the East Midlands for around £700,000, he is moving to a club challenging for the Champions League and could find game time hard to come by under Nuno Espirito Santo.
While supporters would love to see him return to the Select Car Leasing Stadium, reports in the Telegraph have linked the Kiwi with a move up to the Championship.
"He will join Forest for pre-season and is viewed as a young player with big potential," said Mike McGrath. "A loan to the Championship is likely for the 20-year-old.”
He had been previously linked to Blackburn Rovers over the winter window before moving to Forest.
