Everton fans are still waiting to hear the news on which players they may be potentially handing new contracts to.
Considering there is just over one week remaining in the 2024/25 Premier League season, Everton are leaving it late.
The players will still have a number of weeks remaining on their deals, but they will be keen to seal their futures ahead of their summer break.
Abdoulaye Doucoure has warned Everton he is not waiting much longer for them to make their decision on his future.
The Mali midfielder has already shared his desire to remain on Merseyside under David Moyes, though.
Sky Sports reporter Alan Myers has now mooted a potential deal being on the table for one of the Everton players.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin contract latest from Everton
Among a host of players, Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s Everton future remains uncertain as he is yet to put pen to paper on a new deal.
Moyes claimed Calvert-Lewin has not received a contract offer since he has been back on Merseyside.

However, taking to social media, Myers has suggested there is a contract offer on the table for the 28-year-old striker.
When asked whether he can see Doucoure staying at the club, Myers replied:
“Personally I don’t, but that’s only based on a hunch, no real evidence. Not heard anything on DCL I’m sure there will be an offer on the table.”
Calvert-Lewin’s agents have requested fresh talks with Everton over the possibility of a new deal.
However, the wait goes on for something official to come out of the club ahead of the remaining two games of the campaign.
Everton are set for huge summer change
Beto scored again on the weekend against Fulham to make it consecutive games finding the back of the net following his barren run.
But Everton are still prioritising a striker signing this summer.
Regardless of Calvert-Lewin’s potential interest in a new deal, the 28-year-old has not been able to remain fit and consistently score goals.

Change is needed on Merseyside this summer and Angus Kinnear expects unprecedented change at Everton over the coming months.
Perhaps keeping hold of Calvert-Lewin would serve as a bonus.
