Crystal Palace could accept a bid of below Eberechi Eze’s release clause this summer amid interest from Man City, sources have told Football Insider.
The Palace star, 26, has a release clause of £68million at Selhurst Park which will become active again later this summer.
Tottenham are keen on Eze, while city rivals Man City and Man United are also ready to join the race.
It is believed Palace were surprised at the lack of interest in the England international last summer and will not stand in the attacking midfielder’s way if he wants to leave this summer.
Crystal Palace could accept cut-price Eze bid
The Croydon club could accept a bid of below £68million if favourable payment terms are presented – with Oliver Glasner keen to have the funds to rebuild if neccessary this summer.
Eze is only under contract until June 2027, while Palace could also sell Marc Guehi – with his deal only running until 2026.

Crystal Palace starlet set to walk away after rejecting new deal
Meanwhile, Football Insider has revealed (12 May) that Crystal Palace starlet Jesse Derry is free to speak to interested clubs from next week after rejecting a pro deal at Selhurst Park.
Paris Saint-Germain, RB Leipzig and Atletico Madrid are all leading the chase for his signature, with the skilful winger, 17, likely to move overseas.
His potential move abroad will come as a major blow for Palace as they will only receive minimal training compensation.
