West Ham have just two games remaining in this dismal Premier League season as they aim to finish above 17th place.
Graham Potter has failed to lift the spirits in East London as the Hammers embarked on an unexpectedly poor season, and the onus will be on the club to address the rot in the summer.
West Ham did record a superb victory at Manchester United in their last game, but have nothing to play for as the season draws to a close.
Nottingham Forest are pushing for a Champions League spot, and there may be a very clear difference in motivation levels between the two teams when they meet on Sunday.

Team news
West Ham have most of their squad available apart from long-term absentees Michail Antonio and Crysencio Summerville, and this could be a good chance to rotate in their final home game.
Forest will be missing Taiwo Awoniyi after his brutal accident against Leicester in their last game, while Callum Hudson-Odoi is still on the sidelines.
Centre-back Murillo is also absent, and he has been a huge miss in recent weeks for Nuno Espirito Santo.
Predicted lineups
West Ham: Fabianski, Coufal, Todibo, Kilman, Cresswell, Wan-Bissaka, Soucek, Alvarez, Kudus, Bowen, Fullkrug.
Nottingham Forest: Sels, Aina, Milenkovic, Morato, Williams, Sangare, Anderson, Elanga, Gibbs-White, Dominguez, Wood.
