Liverpool interested in Sheffield United starlet, reporter claims

Sheffield United forward Ryan One has interest from Premier League winners Liverpool, reporter Graeme Bailey has said.

Sheffield United have a decisive play-off final to prepare for. SUFC will face Sunderland at Wembley Stadium next Saturday for a place in next season’s Premier League.

The Blades players and coaches will be putting all their energy in preparing for the crucial game against the Black Cats, but recruitment chiefs will be eyeing summer transfer business early on.

Speaking to EFL Analysis, reporter Graeme Bailey has said that the Premier League winners are among the clubs with interest in the 18-year-old Scot. Liverpool are said to be ‘doing an awful lot of work’ on One and Bailey even goes to say he would ‘be surprised’ if the SUFC prospect was not to make the move to Anfield.

Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano reported earlier this year that Ipswich Town were strong admirers of One too, eyeing him as a potential replacement for Liam Delap.
