Source sports: Jokić, Murray Lift Nuggets Past Thunder to Force Game 7

With their season on the line, Denver’s stars delivered once again. Nikola Jokić tallied 29 points, 14 rebounds, and eight assists, while Jamal Murray added 25 points, eight rebounds, and seven assists as the Nuggets defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder 119–107 to force a Game 7 in the Western Conference Semifinals.

Despite waking up under the weather, Murray came out firing, opening with a four-point play and notching his sixth 25+ point game in elimination settings. When asked postgame if there were any doubt he’d play, his response was emphatic: “Absolutely not.”

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led OKC with 32 points and six assists but couldn’t outpace Denver’s battle-tested duo. Since 2019, Jokić and Murray have posted 25+ points in the same playoff game 19 times—more than any other pair.

Game 7 tips off Sunday at 3:30 ET on ABC, marking the seventh Game 7 for both Jokić and Murray—more than any player since 2018–19.
