Porter played 29 minutes and finished with 10 points, 4 rebounds, a steal, and a block. He shot 4-of-9 from the field, including 2-of-5 from three-point range.
Despite his solid numbers, Porter admitted the injury has affected his confidence on the shot.
“MPJ says he's not as confident in his shot as he wants to be because of the shoulder injury he's dealing with. Says he hasn't been in the weight room since his injury and he's usually a daily weight room guy,” Nuggets reporter Rachel Strand wrote on X.
Porter has been battling the shoulder issue since the first-round series against the Los Angeles Clippers.
Nikola Jokic led Denver with 29 points, 14 rebounds, and 8 assists, supported by Jamal Murray 25 points and 8 boards. Christian Braun also added a double-double with 23 points and 11 rebounds, while Julian Strawther chipped in 15 points.
The Nuggets now head to Oklahoma City for a crucial Game 7 on May 18.
