Man United view Spanish star as Fernandes replacement
Man United have no intention to part ways with Fernandez anytime soon. But, if the Portugese opts to leave it will prove very hard to them to hold him against the will. Hence, the Red Devils are staying alert and monitoring options available in the summer market.
According to Fichajes, United are showing strong interest in Oihan Sanchet. They have already launced a firm bid to sign him this summer. Sanchet currently plays for Athletic Club and has €80 million release clause in his contract.
Sanchet is 25 years old and mainly plays as attacking midfielder. Hence, he will be perfect replacement for Fernandes. He has been superb this season for Athletic Club. He has scored 17 goals and picked 3 assists in 33 games.
