ROSS Stewart admitted Saints are going to Goodison Park with the intent of "spoiling" Everton's final Premier League game at the historic stadium.
Saints, bottom of the Premier League on 12 points, but with newfound confidence following last week's draw with Man City, want to sully the occasion on Sunday afternoon.
They have already recorded a win there this season when they knocked the Toffees out of the Carabao Cup under Russell Martin.
Southampton required a penalty shootout that evening, and Stewart was among those who converted from 12 yards.
After a gritty performance against City last weekend, Stewart, who has now played in six straight games, wants to Saints to create more going forward.
“A lot of the boys are looking forward to the experience of playing the last game at Goodison,” Stewart told the Daily Echo.

"We’ve worked hard this week, and we are going there to hopefully spoil their experience. There’s been a lot of talk, but we are going there to try and win the game.
"It was nice to get a point against Man City and show what we are about. We set up to do what we did because we recognised what a team they are and we knew where we are at.
"We wanted a solid foundation and to be tough to beat. To a man, I thought we were excellent. Going forward, I would have liked us to create a bit more.
He continued: “We are still there, we are still trying. We want to improve on our 12 points. There are two games left.
"There’s no doubt we will be giving it all we have got to get a result from both of those games.
“You’ve seen us breathe a bit of confidence as a group this week after getting a result like that. Hopefully, we can use that and take it into the game against Everton.”
