The second-gen Jeep Compass is unlikely to make it to India. The current Compass will continue to be on sale with intermittent updates.
Stellantis has plenty of new models lined up for debut this year. However, the most anticipated vehicle is by far the second generation Jeep Compass. The new Compass has been in development for a long time and has been spotted testing on numerous occasions over the past year or so.
The second-gen Jeep Compass broke cover earlier this month and now the SUV has been announced as the official sponsor for the Juventus football club. The new Compass will be the official vehicle for Juventus men’s, women’s, and Next Gen teams, starting from the 2025-2026 season.
With the Jeep branding at the centre, Juventus took the opportunity to unveil its new jersey which will debut on Sunday during the last home match. The latest set of images reveal the Compass in its full glory both outside and inside.

Second-gen Jeep Compass: Exterior
The new Jeep Compass is heavily inspired by its larger sibling— the Grand Cherokee with slim Matrix LED headlamps and an illuminated grille up front. The front and rear bumpers feature aggressive styling, complemented by side body cladding, squared-off wheel arches, 20-inch alloy wheels, and a blacked-out roof. While the SUV maintains Jeep’s iconic boxy silhouette, it introduces new wraparound LED tail lamps with a distinctive signature design.
The latest iteration of Compass will be available in six colour options including Hawaii Green, Antarctica White, Pacific Blue, Volcano Black, Yosemite Grey, and Amazonia Brown. In terms of dimensions, the new Compass is both longer and wider than its predecessor. It now measures 4,550mm in length and 1,928mm in width—an increase of 85mm—while its wheelbase has been extended by 160mm to 2,795mm.
Second-gen Jeep Compass: Interiors & Features
It is also the first time when we get a proper look at the interiors of the new-gen Compass. The all-black cabin gets aluminium elements across the dashboard, centre console, and steering wheel. The increase in wheelbase has also added to the legroom for the rear seat occupants by 55mm. Also the luggage space has gone up by 45 litres to 550 litres now.

In terms of features, the second-gen Compass boasts of a massive 16-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 10-inch digital instrument cluster, panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, hands-free power tailgate, etc. Safety will be ensured by Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance System.
Second-gen Jeep Compass: Powertrain
As discussed earlier, the second-gen Compass is built on the Stellantis STLA Medium platform and will be available in multiple powertrain options including hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and fully electric. However, the First Edition model that broke cover recently will be offered either in hybrid or fully electric.
The hybrid version comes with a 48V setup that puts out 143 bhp. On the other hand, the battery–powered Compass First Edition is powered by a front-wheel driven electric motor that pushes out 210 bhp. This version gets a 73 kWh battery pack that promises a range of 500 km on a single charge.
