Everton are fully preparing for their summer move to Bramley-Moore Dock over the coming weeks.
This weekend is going to be an emotional one for all at Everton as they wave goodbye to the Old Lady.
Goodison Park has enjoyed its ups and downs over the years, but David Moyes is looking to leave the historic ground with one final victory.
Everton know they will be better off moving to their new state-of-the-art stadium which will provide some huge benefits.
Bramley-Moore Dock will transform Everton’s finances and the latest deal to boost their revenue stream has just been announced.
The new stadium will now be called the Hill Dickinson Stadium following an agreement struck between legal firm Hill Dickinson and the club.

How much Everton’s stadium naming rights deal is worth
The Friedkins have been working behind the scenes to secure their stadium naming rights deal ahead of the summer.
MORE EVERTON STORIES
Qatar Airways were mooted as a potential Everton partner for the naming deal, but the Toffees have stuck with a local firm.
The yearly figure has been suggested as in the region of £10m, but that has now been clarified by one club insider.
Taking to social media, The Esk has played down that figure with the real value believed to be around half of that.
‘A figure closer to £6m with add-ons is more accurate,’ he said on social media.
Moyes has been disappointed by the new stadium with the club having already dug up the pitch, which has led the Scot to scrap any plans of training ahead of the move.
The news on the actual figure involved in the naming rights deal will not be what Everton fans want to hear, but it is still money better off in Everton’s pocket.
How Angus Kinnear reacted to Everton’s naming rights deal
New CEO Angus Kinnear has only been in the job for a week and he has already overseen some big changes.
Kinnear has issued goodwill gestures to Everton fans who are living in the local area to Goodison Park ahead of Sunday.
But the former Leeds United chief will be judged on what he does in the transfer market and behind the scenes for Everton.
Reacting to the deal the club have struck with the local legal firm, Kinnear shared his excitement.
“Welcoming Hill Dickinson as our naming rights partner is a bold and strategic step forward,” he said.
“This partnership goes beyond branding – it’s a shared commitment to progress, excellence and the regeneration of our city. Hill Dickinson Stadium will stand as a symbol of Everton’s ambitions, our values, and the global future we are building together.”
