The Wrexham Insider have an update regarding recent speculation that Wrexham want to sign a Nottingham Forest player.
Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds have Premier League ambitions for Wrexham after their third promotion in as many years.
As they have done in previous seasons, it looks as though the club are going to be trying to land targets from higher divisions.
This week has seen Wrexham eyeing a move for Tom Cairney, who is out of contract with Fulham at the end of June, though the Premier League side are trying to offer the veteran midfielder a new contract.
Meanwhile, there has been rumours emerging this week that the Dragons are interested in another top-flight star.
