Pep Guardiola was called a 'bald rat' by a fan in the stands following Manchester City's 1-0 defeat to Crystal Palace in the FA Cup final.
Guardiola walked up the steps at Wembley past supporters as Man City players went to collect their runners-up medals.
Despite the disappointing defeat, footage showed Guardiola greeted supporters who had outstretched arms as he climbed the steps.
As Guardiola walked past, one supporter with a Liverpudlian accent could be heard shouting '20 times you bald rat' in his direction.
The comment appeared to reference Liverpool clinching their 20th Premier League title this season.
Guardiola was seen glancing at the fan after the abusive comment, but opted to continue walking towards the Royal Box.
