The Friedkin Group will have an added cost to worry about this summer after a recent Everton announcement.
David Moyes will be keen to transform his squad this summer.
A host of first-team players are out of contract at the end of the season, with the Toffees already confirming that Ashley Young will be leaving the Merseyside club.
Therefore, The Friedkin Group will need to dip their hands into their pockets to bring in replacements, while they also face the costs of the move to Bramley-Moore Dock.
However, it seems as though these aren’t the only financial outlays the new Everton owners need to worry about.

Goodison Park to become the home of Everton Women
Everton recently announced that Goodison Park would remain standing and become the new home of the Toffees’ Women’s team.
It sees an £82million post-demolition renovation project on the Goodison site, which was announced under previous owner Farhad Moshiri, scrapped.

However, ex-Goodison scout Bryan King – speaking exclusively to Goodison News – believes the costs involved in these new plans will prove to be rather substantial.
“Everton could have sold the land,” King said.
“However, Goodison Park is one of the most iconic football grounds in the United Kingdom. World Cup matches have been played there, it has a great history.
“Therefore, if the ground is going to be used for the women’s team, what a wonderful ground for them to play their home matches at. A lot of Everton fans will probably want to go along just to have a chance to go back to Goodison.
“However, the costs are going to be enormous because they will need to maintain the ground. Not only will the staff have to maintain the new stadium and the training ground, but Goodison as well. That is going to be a lot of work.”

Ahead of the Toffees’ final match at Goodison Park on Sunday (18 May), supporters will be delighted to know this won’t be their last opportunity to head to the storied ground.
There have been suggestions that The Friedkin Group’s plans to make Goodison Park the home of Everton Women will be scrapped within 12 months.
However, Everton supporters will hope this isn’t the case.
