Goodison Park hosts its final Premier League game today as Everton face Southampton before moving to their new Bramley Moore Dock site for the new season. The famous old ground will continue to host Everton Women, but Newcastle United played their last game there in a goalless draw back in October.
It's not been a hugely happy hunting ground for the Magpies down the years, but there have been some special moments for away fans to celebrate. So as we bid farewell to Goodison, we've taken a look back at some of the best goals Newcastle have scored at the stadium.
With apologies to older readers, we've restricted it to Premier League years, but considering the 1993 win was the first at Goodison since 1960, you can see why. There are some belters here - were you there for any of them?
Let's not forget it was Jacob Murphy who scored this one, but that mazy run from Alexander Isak was perhaps the first time the rest of the Premier League realised what a talent he is. Already 3-1 up in April 2023 thanks to a Callum Wilson double and a goal from Joelinton, Isak picked the ball up on the left touchline near the halfway mark. He took on three defedners, not once, but twice, dribbling along the byline before crossing for Murphy to tap in. For the record, Wilson's second - a curling top-corner effort from the edge of the box - was pretty special too.
