Everton vs Southampton LIVE - Goodison Park last game, how to watch, channel, score and stream

Everton fans outside Goodison Park

Hello and welcome to the ECHO's live coverage of Everton's clash with Southampton in the Premier League - the final men's team match to be played at Goodison Park.

It is set to be an emotional day in L4, as the curtain will come down on 133 years of football for the team at the iconic venue.

Everton are set to move to a new state-of-the-art facility at Bramley-Moore dock. And while the women's team are set to move in to Goodison next season, this weekend's match will undoubtedly represent the end of an era.

It will be huge honour for David Moyes and his players with that in mind. They will no doubt be desperate to finish on a high and will be in good spirits after an impressive victory at Fulham last time out.

As for Southampton, a point against Manchester City last weekend means they will avoid the unwanted tag of being the worst team in Premier League history. They are however bottom of the table and have long been relegated.

The Everton players are set to receive a rapturous reception when they arrive at the stadium a couple of hours before kick off, with supporters encouraged to line the streets around Goodison to welcome the team coach.

The Blues have also confirmed that there will be celebrations after the full-time whistle that will last for around an hour, with former players and music expected.

Team news is expected at 10:45 a.m. (BST) ahead of a midday kick off. Joe Thomas, Chris Beesley and Connor O'Neill will be in attendance to guide you through what will be a momentous and historic day.
