West Ham ended their home campaign in much the same way they'd spent the rest of it - ending on the losing side.
Goals from Morgan Gibbs-White (11 minutes) and one-time Hammers transfer target Nikola Milenković (61) condemned the Hammers to a 16th defeat in the Premier League this season.
And even though Jarrod Bowen grabbed a consolation in the closing stages of this afternoon's encounter, there was to be no way back for Graham Potter's underperforming side.
