Morgan Gibbs-White dedicated his goal against **West Ham** to stricken team-mate Taiwo Awoniyi as **Nottingham Forest** kept their Champions League hopes alive with a 2-1 win.
The Reds captain held Awoniyi's shirt up to the crowd after scoring the opening goal in the first half.
Striker Awoniyi is recovering from emergency abdominal surgery, having been placed in an induced coma, after colliding with a goalpost in last weekend's Premier League home draw against Leicester.
Forest's players had warmed up wearing shirts with Awoniyi's name and number nine on the back, with a message on the front reading "we're all with you Taiwo".
Nikola Milenkovic added a controversial second, and although Jarrod Bowen pulled a spectacular volley back, Forest - already assured of some form of European football next season - set up a potential last-day shootout with Chelsea for the fifth and final Champions League place.

Jamie Vardy netted his 200th goal for Leicester City
**Leicester City** great Jamie Vardy marked his final game for the club with his 200th goal in their colours as they beat fellow relegated side **Ipswich Town** 2-0 at the King Power Stadium.
Playing his 500th game for Leicester exactly 13 years to the day since he signed from Fleetwood Town, 38-year-old Vardy opened the scoring in the 28th minute, calmly slotting past goalkeeper Alex Palmer after James Justin drove forward from midfield and fed him the perfect pass.
Winger Kasey McAteer saw his effort hit the post before doubling Leicester's lead with a powerful strike in the 69th minute when Wilfred Ndidi played a first-time ball to him.
Leicester are 18th in the standings on 25 points, while Ipswich are 19th with 22.

Harry Wilson won it for Fulham
**Fulham** beat **Brentford** 3-2 away in a roller-coaster encounter to complete the double over their west London rivals after Harry Wilson came back to haunt them with yet another winner.
Fulham went ahead in the 16th minute when Raul Jimenez grabbed his 12th goal of the season with a towering header before Bryan Mbeumo equalised after a fine one-two with Yoane Wissa.
Mbeumo missed a penalty soon after but Wissa made it 2-1 before half-time. However, Fulham scored twice in two minutes, first through a Tom Cairney header before Wilson's curling strike from range turned the game on its head.
Wilson had also scored twice in added time in a 2-1 win in the reverse fixture in November and Sunday's victory moved Fulham up to 10th in the standings with 54 points, a point behind Brentford who remain in eighth place.
