Graham Potter could already be set to leave West Ham after the defeat against Nottingham Forest on Sunday.
The Hammers welcomed Nuno Espirito Santo’s side to the London Stadium on 18 May but fell to yet another loss in the Premier League.
Goals from Morgan Gibbs-White and Nikola Milenkovic were enough for the Reds to steal all three points as pressure continues to build on Potter.
The Englishman has had little positive influence on the Irons since joining in February, and now an early departure could be on the cards.

Besides an early header from Tomas Soucek in East London, the home side barely created a chance of note in their final home game of the campaign.

This sort of lacklustre performance has become customary for supporters, with both Potter and Julen Lopetegui getting very little out of the players.

Under the former Brighton boss, this could be explained by his team selection, as the lack of an attacking mindset in E20.
This saw just Mohammed Kudus and Jarrod Bowen start as recognised attackers, leaving the duo largely isolated against Forest.
It is fair to say that this didn’t go down well with Julien Laurens on BBC 5 Live (02:13pm, 18 May) as he questioned the future of Potter in East London.
He said: “How many of those West Ham fans want Graham Potter there next season? It has been so underwhelming since he took over.
“This whole thing about him needing a summer, he needs a full pre-season, and he needs a full season – I’m not sure I buy that.
“What is this today? Nine defensive players, when you play at home in your last home game of the season, when you’ve won one game in nine. Nine defensive players! I don’t understand it. It’s not for me.”

Potter under pressure at West Ham
There was so much excitement surrounding the Irons coming into the season after what appeared to be an excellent summer of business.
With the likes of Crysencio Summerville, Jean-Clair Todibo and Niclas Fullkrug coming in, success felt like it was on its way to the Hammers.
That isn’t how it has worked out with Potter failing to truly get the best out of his players since coming in as a highly anticipated head coach.
It is fair to say that he’s struggled with the situation around Lucas Paqueta and with injuries to Bowen and Summerville, but there is little excuse for such a defensive lineup, this late in the season.
