Despite the setback, The Athletic reports that Gordon plans to test his injured leg during pregame warmups, hoping to be able to play against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

For now, it’s unclear if Gordon will suit up, as the final decision will be made after the team’s warmup session.

Denver’s interim head coach, David Adelman, expressed confidence in Gordon’s toughness, saying that if Gordon feels even slightly able to contribute, he will play in the do-or-die game.

"If Aaron can go, he’ll go," Adelman said via ESPN's Tim MacMahon. "That’s who he is. There’s a real toughness there. Sometimes being really, really tough and being hurt can get in the way."

Aside from Gordon, the rest of the Nuggets roster is ready for tonight’s showdown. The Thunder will also have their full roster available for the Game 7.
