Of course, the Nuggets were able to steal Game 1 of the series on the road and they will look to do the same on Sunday afternoon.

Ahead of Sunday's game, the Nuggets made a shocking announcement regarding their star forward Aaron Gordon.

The Nuggets have announced that Gordon will be available for Sunday's game despite dealing with a left hamstring strain that he suffered at the end of Game 6.

This is a major surprise after ESPN's Shams Charania reported on Sunday morning that Gordon had suffered a Grade 2 left hamstring strain and would need several weeks to recover.

Despite this, Gordon was able to go through pregame warmups and he will be available in Game 7, which is a massive boost for the Nuggets.

During the playoffs, the 29-year-old forward is averaging 16.8 points, 7.3 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game while shooting 48.5% from the field and 38.2% from three-point range.

Of course, Gordon has also hit two game-winning shots thus far that included a buzzer beating dunk in the first round over the Los Angeles Clippers and continued into Game 1 against the Thunder with a game-winning three-pointer.

While Gordon will be available on Sunday, it has not been announced whether he will be on a minutes restriction in the game and if he is, Zeke Nnaji, Peyton Watson and Julian Strawther should have an increased role off the bench.
