'Unsung hero': Danny Murphy wowed by 'unbeliveable' Nottingham Forest star vs West Ham

Nottingham Forest defeated West Ham at the London Stadium to claw themselves back into contention for a Champions League place next season.

The Reds had seen consecutive draws with Crystal Palace and Leicester threaten to derail their dream, but with Chelsea left to play, things are very much alive and kicking.

Morgan Gibbs-White earned praise from Gary Lineker after his goalscoring performance, with Nikola Milenkovic also on the score sheet.

Nuno Espirito Santo was delighted with his team after the game, and once more, the team had a number of top performers during a tenth win on the road this season.

Danny Murphy raves about Nottingham Forest star Nicolas Dominguez

The Argentine celebrated being called up by Argentina once more with a superb performance for the Reds in a midfield diamond.

Deployed by Espirito Santo in a somewhat unorthodox position, he was once again outstanding, with Murphy delighted with his performance.

The pundit was in place on Match of the Day 2, and amidst a host of other good performers, it was the 28-year-old who was singled out for praise.

He said: “Dominguez, to be fair to him, he’s the unsung hero today, the amount of work he gets through is unbelievable.”
